退换货须知

尊敬的客户：

由于本公司所经营的化学试剂、玻璃仪器等为特殊的商品，运输、周转较为困难，一般情况下不接受退货处理，因此，请您在购买之前与本公司销售经理进行确认，在收到商品时及时（三天）进行验收。

若收到商品经验收存在质量缺陷和有效期等问题，请在第一时间（收到商品后7天内）与客服人员联系。经我公司确认后，将商品退回本公司，同时请保持商品的原来包装不要损坏，本公司将为您进行商品调换或办理退货手续。

下列商品一经售出本公司不接受退货：

1）剧毒品、爆炸品和易制毒化学品；

2）为您代办的专项订货（一进一出、进口商品）；

3）商品本身被污染，内包装破损和已经启封的商品；

4）因您保管不当或退回运输时造成质量问题的商品；

5）怕热商品、易变商品、过有效期商品（未明确标明效期，一般以两年为限,参考批号的前六位）、易碎商品；

6）贵重金属及盐类商品。

退换商品产生的运费原则上由责任方承担；
    如遇特殊情况我们将酌情处理，本公司保留最终的解释权。
